Episode 6: I Didn’t Trust My Intuition… Until This Moment Changed Everything

The truth is, you don’t have to force channeling. You just need to become the vessel.

You know that moment when something drops in—a word, a vision, a feeling—and it’s not from your mind?
You didn’t plan it. You didn’t try.
It just… came through.

This episode is for that part of you.
The part that’s already sensing something deeper—but hasn’t had the space or trust to follow it.

I’m sharing what channeling really is—not as something to achieve, but as something to remember.
Because so many of us are already doing it. We just haven’t had the words, or the guidance, to know what it actually is.

Inside this episode, I talk about:

  • How channeling started for me, and the moment I could no longer ignore it
  • What it really means to be a channel—not just receive messages, but become a vessel
  • Why working with energy (like Reiki) is a powerful, safe way to build this capacity
  • How your primary sense (feeling, seeing, hearing, or knowing) shapes the way messages come through
  • And why awareness and a meditative state are non-negotiable if you want to channel clearly

I also share how I guide students to build that awareness through:

  • Daily presence and embodied meditation
  • Intuitive writing (letting something move through you without overthinking it)
  • Practicing neutrality—so you’re not channeling from your mind, but from something deeper

Because if you’re not anchored in awareness, you’ll end up channeling from your subconscious.
And that’s when it becomes heavy, confusing, and exhausting.

But when you build a grounded connection to energy—
When you let yourself become the clear, open channel that you already are—
The messages, the clarity, the connection… it all begins to flow.

This isn’t about being “gifted.”
It’s about becoming still enough to hear what’s already speaking.
