Because here’s the truth—
You can be high-functioning, intuitive, spiritual… and still be emotionally disconnected.
You can know all the tools and still avoid what hurts.
But avoiding it doesn’t make it go away.
It just makes it louder—in the body, in your reactions, in the way you relate to others.
